Network compliance surcharge acquirer notification tracking
Notes: This applies to credit card transactions only. An automated email will be sent upon completion of the form, and will provide:
1) Confirmation of surcharge notification
2) Reminder to register with Mastercard
3) Merchants that intend to surcharge credit card transactions must notify both Worldpay and Mastercard at least 30 days prior to implementing surcharging. Your surcharge begin date will begin no sooner than 30 days from the date this form is received.
When submitting your request, surcharge reporting permissions will only be granted to the signer/requestor. Additional users will need to be added to reporting following these instructions.
